  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Salary Range: $2,500 - $3,200 (No OT Required)
Working Days: 5.5 days per week

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise warehouse assistants in the safe receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods
  • Optimize warehouse productivity and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage and prepare SAP systems for efficient workflow
  • Monitor deliveries, ensuring FIFO systems are followed for raw materials and stock
  • Prepare delivery orders, packing lists, and assist with incoming/outgoing cargo
  • Maintain accurate records for warehouse inventory and materials
  • Plan for future capacity requirements and ensure stock levels meet minimum requirements
  • Support production with raw/packaging materials and raise purchase orders as needed
  • Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts, providing detailed reports on raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 guidelines
  • Supervise staff, assign schedules, and conduct refresher training on SOPs
  • Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and security at all times
  • Assist with internal and external audits and documentation processes

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management or Equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and SAP systems
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting
  • Forklift license required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform manual tasks
