SUSS Teaching & Learning Centre (TLC) is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Outreach and Partnership Temp Staff to assist with building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders including students, lecturers, vendors, Schools/Centres, departments, and partners. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, marketing, and communication.
Job Responsibilities:
Biennial Report:
Support the coordination with external vendors to assist in the creation and design of the TLC’s biennial report.
Help ensure the report aligns with TLC’s branding and goals.
Design/Content Creation Support:
Assist in the design and development of marketing materials such as posters, electronic direct mails (eDMs) and social media postings.
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of design assets.
Department Liaison:
Serve as a support contact for communication between TLC and other internal stakeholders.
Help facilitate collaboration to ensure smooth project workflows.
Administrative Assistance:
Provide administrative support, including revamping student orientation activities, tracking project timelines, and exploring team bonding ideas
Assist in outreach and partnership initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, to liaise with stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Organisational skills with an eye for detail.
Familiar with Microsoft Suite, Photoshop, Canva, video editing software and other tools, preferred.
