Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and develop innovative marketing strategies. Focusing on local and intra-Asia markets, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, negotiating advantageous terms and working closely with in-house experts. This role combines strategic planning, relationship building, and proactive sales execution to increase overseas routing orders (RO) and enhance customer loyalty.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities and drive client acquisition
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to identify sales leads
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends
  • Design and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
  • Work with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate terms with clients, ensuring beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service) for seamless delivery
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Handle tenders, RFQs, and Bids as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the logistics sector
  • Strong understanding of local and intra-Asia markets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Proficient in sales strategy development and client relationship management

  • Salary: Up to $4,700 basic + variable bonus + AWS
  • Working Location: Alps Ave, Singapore 498801 (Second Office)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
