  • Responsible for leading, monitoring and supervising members in the support team on their day-to-day works
  • Provide training to new employees, motivating the team to complete their duties effectively and resolving issues within the team
  • Close communication with Section Head and Management
  • Provide administrative support and solution to Relationship Manager in servicing corporate customers
  • Be able to work closely with Relationship Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate and timely response to customers’ inquiries and transactions; such as, remittances and banker guarantee, etc.
  • Monitor status of customers' credit renewals and ensure timely preparation and registration of credit facilities
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external policies at all times
  • Meticulous, excellent and clear communication in English


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in supporting Coporate Banking customers
  • Knowledge of Corporate Banking products
  • Ideally 4 years of working experience as a team lead would be advantageous
