  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Kerry Consulting is exclusively partnering with a US headquartered medical device company seeking an experienced legal professional to lead and shape their APAC Legal & Compliance team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader to embark on an entrepreneurial journey, building and growing their own team.

Responsibilities

As the APAC Head of Legal & Compliance, you will be part of the APAC leadership team providing the business legal & compliance advice that will assist the business in its strategic growth. You and your team will provide legal support in relation to distribution, product development, mergers & acquisitions amongst many others.

This role requires the individual to be hands-on in managing APAC compliance matters and be involve in complex compliance matters. You and your team will take an active approach in designing the APAC compliance policies and framework as well as training the business to ensure that everyone is kept abreast of latest regulatory developments.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 15 years of post-qualification experience, with a background in the medical device or life sciences industry and, ideally, experience leading a team in the APAC region. Given the role's coverage of Greater China, a basic proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively engage with local stakeholders.
