  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

Your new role

  • Responsible for the end to end process of Trade Life Cycle and Corporate Actions across all asset classes.
  • Day to day supervision of processing activities, including issue resolution and escalation.
  • Partnering with Head of Department to design and implement effective team strategy.
  • Identify process deficiencies and facilitate system enhancement and process improvement.
  • Support and manage Prime Brokerage and Department projects and initiatives.
  • Documentation of business requirements and functional specifications.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Required to work early shift and rostered Public Holidays.
  • 10 years in Brokerage or Investment Banking Operations.
  • 7 or more years in mid-management capacity.
  • Good product and market knowledge across different asset classes, Equities and Securities is highly advantageous.
  • Prior experience in system roll-out preferred.
