Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, with a preference for candidates with previous experience in the Ministry of Education (MOE) or IB curriculum.
• Good knowledge of the teaching subject (concepts and theories of the subject)
• Strong oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• A commitment to supporting students as they prepare for exams.
• Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with team members.

Job Description:

As a Trainee Teacher at IB Super, you will play a pivotal role in the teaching and development of IB/IGCSE/O level science classes (Chemistry, Physics) using IB Super's innovative learning methodology.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct dynamic and impactful lessons with IB Super's exclusive teaching techniques.
• Offer constructive feedback and tailored improvement strategies for student achievement.
• Foster an engaging and motivational classroom atmosphere.
