Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Manager to lead sales strategy, drive business growth, and optimize retail operations. In this role, you’ll manage key accounts, develop partnerships, oversee multi-store operations, and guide teams to meet sales targets. Ideal candidates have strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a background in sales or retail management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Performance. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and increase revenue.
  • Customer & Partner Management. Build strong relationships with major customers, key accounts, and partners.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve performance goals and assist in customer projects.
  • Retail Operations Oversight. Manage store openings, monitor retail performance, and optimize processes across locations.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting. Handle budgets, sales forecasts, and financial reporting to meet turnover and margin goals.
  • Market Development. Identify new opportunities and contribute to business growth and customer expansion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and HR teams to align operations and strategies.
  • Ensure Exceptional Customer Experience. Maintain high service standards across all channels to meet customer expectations.
