Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the secure operation and maintenance and development of the core transaction system database and related foundational platform systems.

2. Design and implement high availability solutions for databases to ensure 99.99% or higher availability.

3. Perform fault diagnosis and emergency response, analyzing and resolving database performance issues while accurately identifying root causes in a timely manner.

4. Optimize SQL, providing suggestions for improvement and optimization of problematic SQL queries.

5. Conduct forward-looking research on database technologies and promote their implementation and usage.

6. Provide technical consultation and system support services to project managers or system leaders.

Qualifications:

1. Over 3 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in dedicated SQL Server database operation management and technical support.

2. Proficient in using Performance Dashboard, SQL Profiler, and related diagnostic tools

3. In-depth understanding of indexing, physical and logical storage, execution plans, and blocking and deadlocking

4. Skilled in backup and restoration, DBCC, database clustering, mirroring, replication, and distribution, with a strong understanding of relevant Windows platform knowledge (clustering/AD domain). Candidates with experience in two or more database technologies, including SQL Server, will be preferred.

5. Familiar with Linux, Windows, IIS, SQL Server, Apache/Nginx, MySQL.

6. Knowledgeable about the architecture, replication, high availability, monitoring, and backup mechanisms of SQL Server and MySQL, with practical maintenance experience preferred

7. Proficient in SQL statements for SQL Server and MySQL, including writing stored procedures and designing table structures.

8. Detail-oriented, patient, calm under pressure, responsible, willing to research technology, and highly interested in DBA work, with good communication skills and a spirit of teamwork.
