  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, market dynamics, and trading processes.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP) are a plus.
