Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the landscape industry and a proven track record of driving business growth. As an Operation Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and promoting our range of landscape services.
Role and Responsibilities
1.Business Development Planning
- Attend site visit, determine require manpower and finalize reasonable price
- Check thoroughly quotation and tender documents with sale executive personnel before submission
- Represent company for the tender interview and further negotiation stages
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our expertise and capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities for growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, consistently driving revenue growth for the company.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to senior management.
2.Operational Management
- Collaborate with the horticulturist, designer and operations teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of clients and exceed their expectations.
- Day to day deployment and related manpower matters
- Facilitate operational activities smoothly on daily basis
- Managing team's performance and understand internal, external s need stakeholders
3.Customer Relation
- Manage the entire on-off boarding client's process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.
- Maintain, provide sufficient supports and sustain client's needs.
- Collaborate with other team and respond client's correspondences attention to detail and follow up with the necessary next course of action
- Address client's feedback, observation on timely manner
- Attend client's meeting on monthly or spontaneously basic if needed
4.Ad-Hoc Task Required
- Manage and facilitate approved ad-hoc projects including landscape enhancement, upgrading project, tree pruning, tree removal
- Generate and determine tree assessment's report if there is request
- Oversee the entire ad-hoc process and advise relevant team
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Horticulture, or a related discipline is often preferred.
- Previous experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscaping techniques.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of budgeting and project management.
