Junior operation roles at Hedge Fund

Work with head of operation to ensure smooth post trade operation and back office related matter.

We follow Japanese calender. Japanese language skills is plus but nore required.

Trading Operations

1. Establish controls and oversee the full life cycle of trading operations, from post-trade matching to settlement.

2. Implement fund valuation processes and ensure proper controls are in place.

3. Implement reconciliation processes and controls for positions and cash management.

Compliance and Regulatory

1. Review and update the Compliance Manual and Risk Management Framework to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

2. Oversee internal and external audits.

3. Handle regulatory queries and ensure timely filings with relevant authorities.

HR and Administration

1. Maintain accurate management accounting records.

2. Process invoice payments and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

3. Oversee setup for new employees, including payroll management and employment pass applications.
