  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The CTO will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, operations, and sales teams, to ensure that our technology aligns with business objectives and drives growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the company’s technical strategy to support business growth.
  • Lead, inspire, hire and attract high-performing engineering teams, cultivating a high-performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee all technical operations, from architecture and coding standards to testing and deployment, ensuring product excellence.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Ensure our infrastructure and applications meet high standards of security, performance, and scalability.
  • Manage technical budgets and timelines, balancing immediate needs with long-term innovation.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record of success in senior technical leadership roles within fast-paced, growing and constantly changing scale up environments.
  • Experience in building high-performance engineering teams across the SEA region.
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM technologies and financial software products would be advantageous
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to convert business challenges into technical opportunities.
  • Skilled at managing cross-functional teams, with a talent for mentoring and leadership.
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple product iterations and ensuring timely, high-quality releases.
