Job Description
Have a good sense and knowledge of material purchasing and food wastage control
Maintaining healthy Food inventory level and avoid over purchase
Assisting in production order
Ensure all ingredients order is arrived on time with sufficient amount
GI/GR, Check inventory, month-end inventory
Execute SAP S/4 HANA transactions, including purchase requisitions, receiving, invoicing, etc
Cross functional support for all the OCC events and at the same time fulfil the needs to closely monitor raw material usage to bring down/maintain the COGS.
