1. Before registration, check that research participants have a valid appointment booked and conduct informed consent taking, one-to-one, explaining the process and the risks, and obtain their written consent.
2. Registration: using a tablet, create their personal profile accurately in accordance with their IC.
3. Assist participants with self-administration of surveys on tablets or desktops, e.g. dietary questionnaire, cognitive assessment.
4. Give instructions to participants on how to put on their examination gowns when getting ready for bone density scan.
5. Check for type of project and completeness of procedures done and issue the corresponding amount of reimbursement
6. Proactively direct participants to the next available station or procedure, or render assistance, to reduce waiting time and promptly discharge the research participants.
7. Check and file paper records and charge work devices daily.
8. Monitor, manage, and replenish office supplies and pantry supplies to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and avoiding disruption to operations.
9. Call participants to follow up on rescheduling needs and confirm upcoming appointments to minimise no-shows and maximise use of appointment slots.
10. Perform any other responsibilities as required by future research projects.
Requirements:
· Minimum ‘O’ levels with at least 10 years of working experience, or Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of working experience.
· Experience within a service or frontline setting would be an advantage.
· Work hours are: 7.45am to 6.15pm on Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri; and 7.45am to 3.30pm on alternate Sat.
