Are you passionate about making a difference in healthcare? We’re looking for a Patient Service Associate who can be the bridge between patients and exceptional medical care.
Key Information:
Location: Sengkang
Working Hours: 12 Hour Rotating Shifts (8am to 8pm / 8pm to 8am)
Salary: Gross up to $2300 per month
Job Scope:
Perform financial counselling (provide estimated bill) for patients
Registration of patients, manage general enquiries at the counter and answer phone calls
Collect payment and reconcile daily counter collections
Act as ‘Service Ambassadors’ at the patient waiting area in each OA to handle enquiries from patients as well as perform immediate service recovery
Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
Min. O-Level
MUST be able to work rotating shifts
MUST be able to commit weekends and public holidays
Customer Service Oriented
Able to work in a hospital environment
