As a Product Manager specializing in connectivity and broadband services, you will drive the strategy and execution of products and services related to broadband, L2VPN, mobile, and voice services. Your expertise with networking products such as Cisco Meraki and HP Aruba will be pivotal in enhancing our portfolio and maintaining our competitive edge.
How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success:
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and develop product strategies and roadmaps for network connectivity and broadband services.
- Innovation and Enhancements: Identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation to maximize growth and market leadership.
- P&L Management: Operate the business as a P&L owner, maximizing revenue opportunities while managing costs and bottom-line results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with data analysts, engineers, product marketing managers, and business development teams to optimize product offerings and operational workflows.
- Market and Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in network connectivity, broadband, L2VPN, mobile, and voice services.
- Product Development and Delivery: Manage the product development process from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
- Customer Needs: Partner with sales and marketing teams to understand and address customer needs, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Documentation and Sales Materials: Develop comprehensive documentation and sales materials to support product launches and ongoing sales activities.
We think you’ll fit in great with us if you have:
- Degree in IT, Telecommunications, Business or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management and development, with a focus on network connectivity, broadband services, L2VPN, mobile, and voice services.
- Proficiency with networking products such as Cisco Meraki, HP Aruba, and other related technologies.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to create data-backed business cases.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A strong customer-centric mindset with a proactive sense of urgency and a 'can do' attitude.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the telecommunications industry and related market dynamics is an advantage.
