The Opportunity

The OPRG Singapore office has an opportunity for an Account Executive to join our Consumer team. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with top Singapore clients and well-known brands, work closely with the media and influencers, and put your writing, client management and relationship building skills to use. You will have a passion for the lifestyle sector, stay close to industry trends and have a desire to learn and grow.

What you’ll do:

· Develop and implement compelling both B2C brand communication and public relations programs.

· Ensure that clients’ strategic objectives are met.

· Develop and edit high quality written materials, including media correspondence, press releases and spokesperson comments.

· Project Management; manage projects by setting priorities and maintaining deadlines.

· Build relationships with regional and national media.

· Coordinate regional projects with other offices in Asia.

· Work effectively in a team and mentor juniors.

· Learn and support on budget planning.

What you’ll need:

· 1 year of experience in an agency environment working on consumer communications or related experience, in a full time role or internship.

· An interest in the lifestyle sector, particularly F&B, luxury, retail, or beauty.

· Excellent client service skills, strong organizational skills, and creativity in problem-solving.

· Superb writing skills; experience drafting client and press materials.

· Seasoned media relations skills; Experience working with regional and national media.

· Ability to communicate clearly and focus on results, positive and professional disposition in every situation.

· Meticulous attention to detail, a positive attitude and sense of ownership.

· The ability to manage your time effectively, stick to deadlines and prioritise your workload.

· A point of view, and a proven ability to propose solutions and present ideas in a persuasive and compelling manner.
