Recruitment and Onboarding
Provide support throughout the recruitment process, from posting vacancies to onboarding.
Gather job requirements and conduct outreach to attract candidates.
Screen resumes, assess qualifications, and support the selection process.

Handle routine employee issues in line with policies and regulations.
Document and track feedback on issue resolution.
Staff Engagement
Plan and execute staff activities and wellness programs.
Conduct outlet visits to engage staff and gather feedback.
Qualifications
Diploma in a related field or equivalent.
At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
