Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation: Prep and portion ingredients, marinate meats, and maintain clean prep stations.
Grill Station: Prepare and manage high-quality cuts of meat for grilling; assist with FOH restocking.
Cooking: Prepare hot dishes per orders, maintain proper cooking standards, and ensure timely service.

Cleaning: Sanitize kitchen areas and equipment per health guidelines.

Requirements:

Eligibility: Singaporeans only (quota limitations)
Experience in fast-paced kitchens preferred, with knowledge of Korean BBQ a plus.
Proficient in food safety, tool handling, and kitchen equipment.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Physical stamina for standing long hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
English proficiency; Mandarin is an advantage.
Immediate availability preferred.
