Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee and control inventory levels to align with business needs while reducing excess stock.
  • Stock Audits: Perform regular audits of inventory and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
  • Data Analysis: Evaluate inventory data to spot trends, forecast requirements, and deliver actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Order Processing: Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to ensure prompt restocking and fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Reporting: Create and present inventory reports to management, emphasizing key metrics and performance indicators.
  • System Maintenance: Keep accurate records in inventory management systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaboration: Partner with warehouse staff to enhance operations and boost efficiency.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements regarding inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
