Job Title: Billing Clerk
Job Description
· Issue invoices/debit note & credit note.
· Maintain bookkeeping/fuel uplift record.
· Liaise with customer for A/R related matters.
· Handles postage and courier of bills, invoices & receipts.
· To assist in record keeping and files of accounts department.
· To assist in answering telephone calls.
· To assist in Company's general administrative work.
· To carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting
· Good computer skills with a knowledge of common bookkeeping and spreadsheet programs.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Able to work independently and as a team.
· Able to meet deadlines.
· Have good interpersonal and analytical skills.
· Have strong work ethics.
· Attention to detail.
· Preferably someone who is available immediately.
