Job Title: Assistant Manager /AVP (Life Claims)

Job Duration: 12 months contract with a possibility to extend or to go perm!

Location: Pasir Panjang Road

Responsibilities

  • Handle the end to end claims adjudication of Life Claims including but not limited to Death, Critical Illness, TPD, Life Hospital and Surgical, Personal Accident claims promptly and accurately.
  • Handles control and remediation work within Claims Department to ensure compliance with internal claims SOP, regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct daily/monthly claims quality assurance checks to ensure that claims are processed based on the KPI and claims SOP, and put in place corrective and preventive measures.
  • Handle claims enquires from customers and distribution channels.
  • Support the department’s other activities as and when required, including but not limited to life claims administrative work.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma holder, with relevant life and/or group term life claims experience; or insurance experience.
  • Mid-level claims assessors who are looking for greater challenges and greater exposures in claims, compliance and risk mitigation work within claims department.
  • Candidates who have worked in insurance companies with a keen interest in risk and compliance work with special focus on claims.
