One of the region's largest real estate groups, renowned for its extensive multi-asset class portfolio and recognized brands, is looking for an Operations Manager to join their operations team and look after their commercial assets in Singapore.

Responsibilities

You will lead a small team and report directly to the Centre Manager of the property. In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing all building operations, ensuring the seamless execution of maintenance and building projects. Your key responsibilities will include conducting routine inspections of essential building services, identifying and managing defect rectifications, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and implementing initiatives to achieve water and energy efficiency goals. Additionally, you will handle tenant requests and feedback, as well as conduct inspections for tenant premises handovers

Requirements

You are a proactive and experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate building operations. Candidates with prior experience in managing Grade A commercial buildings will be highly regarded, and familiarity with Green Mark re-certification processes is a plus. To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone with strong attention to detail and excellent tenant engagement skills.
