Overall Job Responsibility

Support the objectives of the Service Coordination & Advice Division through the following functions:

  • Oversee the Division’s information and data systems, networks, processes and related training needs
  • Liaise with relevant Business Units (BU) on data strategy and related policies
  • Assess and identify key information, data and digital tools that are aligned with the Division and Organisation’s objectives; facilitate effective and efficient documentation or capture of such data; and provide ease of access or retrieval of such data
  • Align the Division’s information and data frameworks with that of other internal business units and external stakeholders
  • Collate, manage and analyse data to facilitate right siting of persons with disabilities in suitable programmes

Support the Division in executing any other strategies related to operations and service delivery in support of SG Enable’s objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Information and Data Management to Enhance Information and Referral for Clients

  • Oversee and review internal and cross-agency information and data sharing policies and processes
  • Review and implement knowledge management processes to upkeep internal information database(s) and provide up-to-date and exhaustive content for usage by the Division and Company frontline colleagues
  • Manage and review internal resource repository system used by the Company and across divisions to enhance information sharing and usage to support clients
  • Assess, recommend, and prioritise prospective system and process enhancements as well as use of alternative/new digital tools for the purpose of enhancing client service journey
  • Participate in inter-agency development and enhancements to the data and referral processes / system(s)

Data Analytics and Dashboarding

  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and recommendations through the use of effective data analysis and visualizations
  • Review and synthesise data to advise on data indicators or metrics for specific requested variables
  • Create and develop a data dashboard using relevant data tools to review existing data reports to provide better understanding of broad trends of demand and supply for disability services
  • Propose corresponding follow-up recommendations to internal BUs and relevant Policy Division

Others

  • Provide knowledge management and administrative support such as secretariat duties and any other ad-hoc duties assigned
  • Mentor and supervise staff as assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 3 years of working experience.
  • Prior knowledge and experience in data management and analyses. Skills in using AI will be an advantage.
  • Relevant working experience in project management, digitalisation and operational excellence initiatives as well as familiarity with electronic data systems or other case management platforms is an advantage. Fresh graduates with the necessary skills and traits are also welcome to apply.
  • Keen interest in social services sector.
  • Strong problem solving and design thinking skills.
  • Good stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Able to work independently and in teams.
  • Driven and pro-active, able to lead projects independently.
