What The Role Is
You play an instrumental role in the development of policies and initiatives associated with defence cyber collaboration and defence relations.
What You Will Be Working On
On this, you monitor, analyse, and provide policy recommendations to enhance defence cyber cooperation with foreign and local cyber partners. You also manage and execute in-country and overseas bilateral and multi-lateral visits, meetings, conferences, and exercises. Your challenge lies in understanding the cultural and security considerations underpinning defence relations as well as anticipating issues and identifying opportunities for enhancing collaboration.
What We Are Looking For
You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Political Science, International Relations, Communications, Economics, History, or any related field. You must have strong conceptual ability, mastery of written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders. Having a keen interest in cyber and current affairs is advantageous. You should also be committed to achieving results, be adaptable and able to work independently, and have good time management and organisational skills. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
