This position will serve our Singapore branch. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue by consistently meeting monthly sales targets and objectives.
Your duties will involve consultative selling, successfully closing deals, and handling sales-related administrative tasks to support your overall sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with high-profile clients through personalized one-on-one consultations.
- Conduct consultative sales presentations and effectively close deals.
- Achieve monthly individual sales targets and objectives.
- Complete post-sales administrative tasks promptly and accurately.
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Reach out to prospective clients to schedule appointments.
- Identify and develop new client opportunities using the company's databases and contacts.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have/be:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales with strong consultative selling skills, including setting appointments, giving presentations, and closing sales.
- Proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets
- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, confident, and determined approach
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
- Possess a high degree of self-motivation and ambition
- Comfortable working with upscale, professional clientele
