Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/Warehousing
  • Position Title: Account Payable Assistant
  • Working Location: Potong Pasir
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 6 pm (One Saturday per month)
  • Salary Package: Up to $2,800 + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle partial accounts – AP.
  • Assist in the preparation of GST filing.
  • Support the Head of Finance Manager in month-end closing and reporting.
  • Process daily accounting activities such as payments and data input for supplier's invoices timely.
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
