Sales & Marketing Executive | Up to $2800

Job Description:
Join us as a Sales & Marketing Executive to help customers rediscover how orthopaedic correct sleeping can greatly improve their health and lifestyle. You play an important role in sales, marketing and retail operations, attending to customer enquiries, you will be the first touch point for the customers that visit our showroom, implement sales & marketing campaigns, ensuring a seamless customer experience journey.



Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for marketing & sales activities, from lead generation to contract closing.
• Drive sales by designing and implementing targeted online & offline marketing strategies.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and set KPIs.
• Plan and execute social media & digital marketing activities.
• Manage the online & offline customer journey.
• Provide personalised consultation to educate and recommend customizable sleeping solutions based
on customer’s orthopaedic needs.
• Help rediscover good & comfortable sleep and for those plagued by back & spinal problems, slip disc,
chronic insomnia, and reduce their “pain points”.
• Educate & build awareness on the importance of correct orthopaedic and healthy sleeping.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage order fulfillment, inventory, logistics & delivery management.



Job Requirement:
• GCE ‘A’ level and above, or a professional education certification or diploma in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English.
• Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
• Competent in Microsoft Office programs.
• The ideal candidate is result-driven, resilient, well groomed, has great interpersonal skills and a good
work ethic.

Working hours:
• 5.5 days per week, Tuesday 1pm to 5pm, Wednesday to Sunday 10am to 6pm, including 1-hour lunch
• Location: Outram / Tiong Bahru
• Compensation & benefits shall commensurate with experience.
