Reporting to the Senior Health Management Executive or Head of Senior Service, the Health Management Executive will be responsible for the following key areas:

Role & Responsibilities

  • Information and Referral (I&R) Support for Seniors
  • Community Outreach and Partnership
  • Volunteer (Befriender) Management Support
  • Membership Registration and Management
  • Small Group Program Management
  • Finance Management

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma certification in any discipline with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Project Management and Enterprise Management knowledge preferred.
  • Resourceful and able to do public speaking when handling events and projects.
  • Conversant in English and any 2nd language with ability to converse in local dialect would be an advantage for elderly clients.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications especially in MS PowerPoint and MS Publisher.
  • A good team-player with a passion to work with Seniors.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
