Job Description
  • Receiving orders from customers, planning and forecasting for purchases
  • Monitoring and managing inventory level, including coordinate with warehouse on the availability of materials and resolve issues, as needed
  • Preparing reports (for example, inventory reports) for internal and external parties
  • Monitoring customer outstanding order quantity and accounts receivables
  • Handled and follow up on outstanding issues, slow-moving stock, accounts receivable and relevant updates on their business status
  • Coordinating with Sales Team to ensure smooth delivery of goods to customers
  • Attending to customer and supplier enquiries
  • Building long-term relationships with existing and potential business partners including 3rd party service providers
  • Ensuring shipment documentations are following government's tax regulations
  • Managing Letter of Credit (LC) transactions
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements
  • Possess a minimum of Diploma in Logistics, Business Admin, Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant customer service working experience
  • Good knowledge of SAP system (Logistics) and Microsoft Excel
  • Self-motivated, fast worker & good team player
  • Meticulous in figures
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills

Compensation
  • Working location: CBD
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5PM
  • Transport allowance and/or reimbursable
  • Variable bonus
