We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to ensuring successful placements. This role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a passion for helping both candidates and clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Candidate Management:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
  • Utilize creative and innovative methods to identify potential candidates.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, provide feedback, and guide them throughout the hiring process.
  • Match qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, ensuring their career development aligns with job opportunities.

Negotiation & Placement:

  • Negotiate terms of employment between clients and candidates, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Manage offers, contract terms, and other related processes.
  • Ensure successful onboarding of candidates and follow up to ensure job satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Regularly meet with clients to discuss current and future hiring plans.

Market Research & Development:

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand the recruitment landscape in relevant industries.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment is a plus.
