Job Description
- Participate in the review of requirements analysis, architecture, testing requirements, test cases, etc. of financial system applications such as mobile banking, and be responsible for the value of requirements, rationality, priority, etc.
- Participate in the process of project research and development, combined with requirements, system analysis, output test analysis (test scope, test methods, release strategy) and corresponding plans, in collaboration with R&D engineers to implement various types of test activities, identify risks in the process quickly and promote the solution, ensure that the project is launched on time with good quality.
- Continuously explore ways to improve quality and efficiency through the use of automated test tools and process optimization for the products in charge.
- Bachelor's degree and above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields
- Good understanding of Computer Science/Software Engineering fundamentals
- Good to have software testing theory and methods, familiar with the relevant testing procedures and quality assurance standards
- Familiar with at least one programming language
- Understand how database works and able to write SQL
- Capable of code readability (identifying coding defects)
- Experience in personal/school/internship projects involving software development/testing
- Strong learning ability and adaptability to a fast-paced working environment
- Self-driven with strong independent problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates a keen interest in the banking sector
