Role Description:

As the full-time, on-site Brand Marketing Manager, you will lead GDS International's branding initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. You will drive brand leadership, manage the creation of brand assets, oversee the development of the corporate website, and execute impactful marketing campaigns across digital and social platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure successful implementation of brand guidelines and consistent messaging across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive market leadership through brand positioning and communication strategies with integrated marketing campaigns
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of brand assets; project-manage the execution of branding and rebranding campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency by owning brand guidelines and aligning brand expression across departments and business units
  • Manage the brand’s digital presence, including corporate website management and social media strategies
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the brand
  • Create and manage brand-related content, working closely with the PR & Communications team to amplify brand messages
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital platforms, adjusting strategies for optimization

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management
  • Experience working in an advertising agency or equivalent setting
  • Proven track record in brand strategy and communication, with experience leading brand campaigns
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive the brand’s strategy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in the tech or data center sector
