Responsibilities

  1. Develop innovative community operations plans for social networking services (SNS), including international social media platforms like Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc., and local online communities.
  2. Devise community and growth strategies by creating and managing a social media calendar.
  3. Develop user operations strategies, discovering, tapping and managing quality content and core users in timely manner to improve community engagement and stickiness.
  4. Seek, build and maintain relationship with content creators, community leaders and advocates in the region.
  5. Activate content creators to produce and redistribute content, creating a healthy user environment.
  6. Regularly review the community’s status, and conduct research on the communities of competitors and other popular products to optimize community operations strategies.
  7. Provide feedback on community sentiments, concerns and suggestions.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
  2. Familiar with the operations of mainstream online communities in Southeast Asia, along with 3 years of experience in community operations, marketing or relevant positions in gaming industry.
  3. Proficiency in writing, and being sensitive enough to hot topics and new trends.
  4. Passion for games and ACGN products, excellent communication and implementation skills, and team spirits.
