Role Description

Account Manager

Account Managers play a pivotal role in BSW’s sales, client retention, and project delivery process. They are responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell BSW’s products and services. In addition, they ensure the successful delivery and implementation of projects, working closely with internal teams and clients. Account Managers are the main point of contact for their clients and work closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of top-tier service, contributing directly to client retention, project success, and growth.

As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to cultivate and strengthen client relationships, oversee project implementation, understand client needs, and ensure that BSW’s offerings meet their objectives. You’ll work with various internal teams, including sales, presales, product development, and support, to provide clients with exceptional service, ensure successful project delivery, and tailor solutions to their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact.

· Understand client goals, challenges, and needs, ensuring BSW’s offerings and project implementations align with their objectives.

· Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client base.

· Oversee the end-to-end delivery and implementation of projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.

· Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support, etc.) to deliver tailored solutions and manage project execution for clients.

· Regularly meet with clients to review their account and project performance, understand their needs, and address any issues or opportunities for improvement.

· Provide high-quality client proposals and presentations when needed, including project planning and delivery updates.

· Negotiate contract renewals and terms to ensure mutual benefit for both BSW and the client.

· Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and client industry developments to offer valuable insights and recommendations.

· Track and manage account activity and project milestones, including reporting on performance metrics and ensuring client satisfaction goals are met.

· Assist clients with any escalations or project issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.

Key Role Competencies – Mandatory

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

· Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver excellent customer service under tight deadlines.

· Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail, ensuring client and project needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

· Ability to think strategically and provide clients with insights and solutions that add value to their business and project outcomes.

· Experience in managing project delivery and implementation, ensuring successful execution of technical solutions within budget and on time.

· Self-motivated and capable of working in both structured and unstructured environments.

· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with CRM and project management tools.

· Solid technological background with an understanding of the cybersecurity domain and the technical landscape. Ability to discuss and explain technology solutions.

· Experience with SaaS solutions, technical integrations, and managing accounts that require both commercial, project delivery, and technical expertise.

· Ability to translate client requirements into technical solutions, collaborating with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation.

· Fluency in written and spoken English; additional Asian languages are an advantage.
