My client is one of provider of intelligent solutions in Industrial, mining and minerals, power and utilities industries operating through business center in SEA and middle east countries currently they are looking for country sale manager With a steadfast commitment to continuous innovation and R&D since its inception

Reporting directly to Regional Sale Director, country sales manager will manage a team of channel sales representatives to achieve sales and profit goals by selling goods and services through resellers/channels

Key Responsibilities:

Your main roles and responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory and manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
  • Analyzed market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness
  • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements
  • Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered
  • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities and develop positive working relationship with partners to build business
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners
  • Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.
  • Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities and identifies and approaches key or strategies partners and set short and long terms channel strategies
  • Being a channel sales manager recommends products and services enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential

Skills/ Experience

Degree in the Engineering Field – Control Automation, Electrical or Electronic, Mechanical with minimum 5 years experiences in the engineering and service of the DCS, SIS, PLC and Scada and Field Devices.

Working as a system integrator environment for a minimum of 5 years with knowledge in vertical industries such as oil and gas, sugar and palm industries, mine and minerals, power and utilities

You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with problem-solving skill. Intellectual curiosity, strong professional judgment, work independently and have initiative mindset.
