Executive Engineer (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Consultancy)

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Engineer with expertise in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services. The ideal candidate will conceptualize and execute M&E designs while overseeing project implementation. This role requires relevant experience in the design and execution of building services projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Conceptualization: Develop and conceptualize mechanical and electrical designs for various building services projects.
• Project Execution: Manage the execution of projects from design to implementation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed design documentation, reports, and project plans.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during project development and implementation.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in design and implementation of building services.
• Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to M&E services.
• Understanding of local building codes and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
