Charterhouse Singapore are supporting a European MNC in their search for a Regional HR Business Partner
This role will align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units
Responsibilities:
- Consult with line management and provide HR guidance and support when required
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Suggest and implement new HR strategies
- Prepare contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
- Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.

- Understanding of local labor legislation for Asian countries
- Close contact with the local management

- Languages (Korean, Vietnamese or Japanese) would be a plus

- Responsible for recruitment in the assigned regions
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner in MNC
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Able to travel as required
