Constituency Manager (Temp)

Assists to formulate, implement and review plans for the development of the community.
Attends monthly meetings and takes follow-up actions.
Assist the GROs to plan and implement projects.
Provides administrative and logistical support and guidance to facilitate implementation of activities.
Co-ordinates recruitment, appointment and reappointment of members of the GROs.
Explains policies, facilitates discussion and channels feedback to develop and strengthen communication channel.
Mobilizes residents to participate in national campaigns and projects
Submit progress reports, provide feedback and recommend improvements.
Supervise and guide staff in the COs to ensure optimal utilization of human resources in achieving targets.
Initiates marketing efforts to develop and promote CC programs to meet targets set.
Assists in organizing community outreach and PA projects and sub- group activities.
Provides information and handles enquiries on CC services.
Promotes CC membership scheme/activities/courses/event.
Ensures the proper accounting and cash management of the GROs.
Monitors the budgetary requirements and expenditure controls of the GROs.
Preparation of statements of accounts of CC-based committees for endorsement.
Ensures committees carry out timely preparation, approval and submission for monthly and yearly statements of accounts.
Evaluates the relevance of all CC courses in meeting the recreational, social and educational needs of the residents.
Submits evaluation reports and findings to committees.
Plans and designs marketing strategies to develop and promote CC courses.
Provides supervision and guidance to the CSO to facilitate effective implementation of their courses and the day-to-day operations at the counter.
Supervises CSOs in handling feedback, complaints and enquiries of public professionally.
