This role supports the Facility Manager in the daily administration of the facility and all customer enquiries are attended to efficiently and professionally on a timely basis.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Promptly attending to customer enquiries and follow up in a friendly and professional manner.
Addresses customer service issues expeditiously.
Provides support to the Manager on the day-to-day management of the facility.
Sells product features, benefits, and competitive advantages in a customer-focused approach.
Responsible together with the onsite team for the sales and revenue performance of the business.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least an "O" level certificate.

Communicate well with good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Adequately conversant in English. Being able to communicate in a second language is a plus.

Honest with the ability to work quickly and accurately.

Computer literate and verse in working with numbers.

An interest in working with people and the ability to cheerfully provide great service with a smile.

Demonstrates the appropriate level of skills to promote company products.

At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in sales & customer service is required for this position.

Stationed at locations where Extra Space is located

We are looking for candidates who can commit to the following schedule:

Your preferred shift (morning or afternoon)
Availability to work on Saturdays - half a day
