What You'll Do:
Verify membership and handicap cards for members, guests, and visitors.
Issue debit notes and green fee tabs to guests; green fee tabs only for visitors.
Collect green and buggy fees.
Manage time sheet bookings via phone and remind members to confirm their play details.
Allocate caddies to golfers on a first-come, first-served basis, if requested.
Respond to telephone inquiries.
Update and maintain the handicap scoring system and assist with clerical tasks.
Undertake additional administrative duties as assigned by superiors.
Work Schedule:
Rotating Shift Work (6 days work week)
7AM - 3PM OR 2PM -10PM
Salary: $1500 - $1950 per month (depends on relevant experience)
+ Able to earn OT pay depending on operational requirements
Company Transport:
Staff Transport available at Khatib/ Seng Kang MRT station.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Able to communicate and write in English proficiently
• Basic computer literacy
• A team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills and a positive attitude
Able to perform shift duties on weekdays, weekends & Public Holiday.
