Job Scope:

You will report to the Team Manager and is mainly responsible for delivering and maintaining excellent and positive relations with new and existing customers of the company. This is to be achieved through proactive and reactive communication with customers to resolve their enquiries over the phone and Live Chat. Quality, first contact resolution and customer satisfaction are key outcomes. You are required to develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets, template to support data analysis and reporting. Observe established corporate policies, procedures and guidelines throughout the process and be aligned with the company’s goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Support manager in ongoing projects and ad hoc daily administrative work.
Assist in tasks such as testing systems and automations where necessary.
Develop and maintain meaningful dashboards and excel spreadsheet using internal data sources in increasing accessibility and insights to productivity and opportunities for operational efficiency.
Assist on inbound calls – Policy and Claims enquiry/ message taking.
Assist on outbound calls – Travel Renewal.
Prompt follow-up on scheduled outbound calls.
Demonstrate a driven and focused attitude with willingness to service customers.
Aim for a first-call resolution to troubleshoot and resolve customers enquires.

Requirements:

Minimum GCE A Level/Diploma in any field.
Insurance certification (BCP, PGI, HI) or telesales experience preferred.
Experience in call center, telemarketing, customer service, or admin roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
Confident, effective communicator with excellent verbal and written English skills.
Strong attention to detail, independent worker, good time management, and able to handle stress.
