  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for welcoming guests in a courteous and prompt manner and lead them to a prepared table in accordance with outlets' seating procedures.
Be familiar with the menu, promotions, and service procedures.
Provide full assistance to guests concerning general queries at the restaurant.
Provide full assistance to incoming inquiries via email or telephone and make reservations accordingly and accurately for the guests.
To work closely with the Operations / Service Operations Manager, shift leaders, and staff members to ensure all guests are greeted properly and escorted to their ready tables.
Constantly be conscious of smoking and non-smoking areas and the preferences of guests.
Obtain familiarity with restaurant policies and procedures in reference to training, safety, and security.
To familiarize with the work nature and responsibilities of floor staff and all the restaurant events.
Ensure in front of the outlet and reservation desk are well maintained. Assist manager to keep traces of guest history profiles.
Maintain an adequate supply of stationeries as required.
