Our client, a leading organization, is looking for a proactive and highly skilled Personal Assistant to support the Chairman. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry, and will demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman.
  • Manage calendars for the Chairman, coordinating appointments, dining arrangements, travel plans, and meetings.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including flights, hotels, visas, and private jet charters if required.
  • Facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, setting up equipment, taking minutes, and sending reminders.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the Chairman and other stakeholders.
  • Travel domestically and internationally with the Chairman when needed.
  • Address requests, feedback, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handle expense claims and make online purchases for the Chairman.
  • Coordinate with drivers and manage transport arrangements.
  • Run personal errands for the Chairman when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other PAs, especially those based overseas, as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and other office work.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the real estate industry or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and highly independent with a positive outlook.
  • Willingness to work late or during weekends when required.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives is essential.
