Key Responsibilities:

  • Tech Recruitment: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in tech recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of various tech roles and skills, including software development, data engineering, DevOps, and more.
  • Tools: Proficient in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Organizational Skills:Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.

Preferred Experiences:
