They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with strong business planning skills to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will assist in the coordination, execution, and management of various projects while contributing to strategic business planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
  • Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Track project deliverables and ensure adherence to project timelines.

Business Planning:

  • Support the development and implementation of business strategies and plans.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of business proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and project goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project and business performance.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Team Support:

  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to identify and resolve project-related issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.
  • Foster a positive team environment and promote effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or business planning.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spoken Korean/Chinese is preferred
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello) and MS Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
