• Perform front desk duties like Walk-Ins, answering treatment inquires, answering phone calls.
• Able to understand customers aesthetic requests and book appointments accordingly
• Ensure customers inquires and/or complaints are handled in a timely manner
• Effectively communicate with the team and doctors to ensure maximum client satisfaction in terms of needs and service
• Maximise sales opportunities wherever : Promote products, tell about latest treatments, showcase doctors.
• Follow up on clients on post procedure, treatment progress and following appointment/s for next treatment or review (continuity of business)
• Equip oneself with Customer handling : Provide professional customer service, possible treatment recommendation, Skincare knowledge)
• Perform reception and administrative duties as required. POS, day to day closing)
• Work together with the marketing team to further understand the make-up of our customers
  
  

Job requirements

• Min N/O/A level
• Customer service experience and background preferred
