Web3 Product Manager

Responsibilities岗位职责:

i. Product Planning and Design

• :Lead and develop detailed plans for Web3 products (including Dex, Swap, wallet, Defi, etc.), covering features, user experience, underlying logic, and more
• .Write and deliver clear, high-quality product design proposals, including interface design, interaction flow, functional logic, calculation formulas, etc., ensuring the product design meets user needs and market trends

.ii. Market Insights and Competitor Analysis

• :Conduct in-depth analysis of the Web3 product market dynamics, including changes in user needs, industry trends, and regulations
• .Perform comprehensive and in-depth analysis of competitors, including their product features, market positioning, and user feedback
• .Based on the results of the market analysis, propose targeted product optimization plans, including but not limited to new features, interface optimization, and user experience enhancement
• .Stay updated on market changes and continuously optimize product strategies to ensure product competitiveness and market positioning

.iii. Project Management and Advancement

• :Develop project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery, high standard quality, smooth operation and excellent user experience without significant issues
• .Coordinate cross-departmental resources, resolve problems and obstacles in project execution, and ensure smooth project progress
• .Adjust product strategies and features promptly based on user feedback and data analysis to continuously optimize user experience

.iv. Team Collaboration and Communication

• :Work closely with team members to promote information sharing and teamwork, driving project progress collectively
• .Maintain good communication with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project goals align with the company's overall strategy

.v. Other Responsibilities

• :Actively comply with company and team leader arrangements to facilitate smooth team operations and project advancement

• 。对竞争对手进行全面深入的分析，包括他们的产品特点、市场定位、用户反馈等
• 。根据市场分析结果，提出有针对性的产品优化方案，包括但不限于功能新增、界面优化、用户体验提升等
• 。及时了解市场变化，不断优化产品策略，以确保产品的竞争力和市场地位

。iii. 项目管理与推进

• ：制定项目计划和进度安排，确保项目按时交付，满足质量标准，运行顺畅，体验优秀，没有严重故障
• 。协调跨部门资源，解决项目执行中的问题和障碍，保证项目顺利进行
• 。根据用户反馈和数据分析结果，及时调整产品策略和功能，持续优化用户体验

。iv. 团队合作与沟通

• ：与团队成员协作紧密，促进信息共享和团队合作，共同推动项目进展
• 。与其他部门和利益相关者保持良好沟通，确保项目目标与公司整体战略一致

。v. 其他工作

• ：积极服从公司及Team Leader的各项安排，以促进团队的顺利运作和项目的顺利推进

Requirements岗位需

• 求:Over 3 years of experience as an internet product manager, with more than 2 years experience in finance, securities, futures, or cryptocurrency trading industry. Preferably with a background in finance, computer science, mathematics, or related field
• s.Proven experience with successful Web3 products, with capabilities in product planning, operational coordination, and executio
• n.Familiarity with blockchain technologies including but not limited to smart contracts, Defi, wallets, Dex, et
• c.Creative thinking, clear logical reasoning, the ability to articulate thoughts and insights clearly, and good communication skills with colleagues from other department
• s.Proficiency in mainstream product design tools, such as Axure, Office, Figma, et
• c.Familiarity with finance, securities, and futures trading industries preferre
• d.Required language(s): Mandarin & English. Prefer Mandarin-speaking candidates (SPEAK,READ, and WRITE in MANDARIN) to liaise with Chinese colleagues & customer
• s.年以上互联网产品经理工作经验，2 年以上金融、证券、期货、数字货币交易行业经验，金融、计算机、数学等相关专业优
• 先。有成功的Web3产品经验，具备产品规划、运营协调、落地执行的能
• 力。熟悉区块链底层技术包括但不限于智能合约、Defi、钱包、De
• x等思维活跃，逻辑条理清晰，能明确的表达自己的想法和见解，善于与其他部门同事沟
• 通。熟练掌握主流产品设计工具，能熟练使用Axure、office、figma等软件工
• 具。熟悉金融、证券、期货交易行业者优
• 先。所需语言：中文&英语。优先考虑会讲中文的候选人（能够用中文进行说、读、写），以便能够与中国同事和客户进行沟通；
