We are currently seeking to hire a Legal Consultant with regulatory compliance experience to work with our F100 clients across various industries, including financial services and the commercial sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs to ensure company-wide adherence to relevant laws and regulations
  • Handle on-going licensing and financial regulatory matters globally
  • Provide regulatory advice on commercial matters and drafting and reviewing licensing documents, responses to investigations and marketing materials
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and audits to identify potential areas of non-compliance
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on compliance issues to internal stakeholders
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's operations and update compliance policies accordingly
  • Assist in investigations and resolution of compliance issues as they arise

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience practicing law with a focus on legal compliance, preferably in a corporate or regulatory environment
  • Track-record of working on licensing (particularly application focused) and regulatory matters within financial institutions
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
